Interested vendors and service providers should do the following:

  • Register as a city vendor. Click here for the link or visit the Doing Business tab at
  • Submit information about your company, products and services, examples of projects for other municipalities, and any other relevant information such as references to in email format to or hard copy to our physical address.

The Office of Sustainability will review and screen all information received. We will respond and request a meeting if the company’s products and services align with our strategic priorities and planned projects. Demonstration projects will be considered as they align with the office’s strategic focus and the City’s procurement guidelines.
