Cartlanta, Atlanta’s new recycling program, put into action by Mayor Kasim Reed to meet his goal to reduce Atlanta’s waste by 90% by 2020. New recycling 60 gallon carts were delivered to every Atlanta resident beginning in Southwest Atlanta on October 15th.
